I've had two gigs where my 4HH Bongo didn't work. Maybe it was coincidence, but both were outside in cold weather. It doesn't produce any signal whatsoever. I bought it new about 1 1/2 years ago. Cables are good. I tried replacing the batteries, but still no signal. I figure it would have to be something with the preamp. Has anyone else had this problem, or know what the solution might be?

hello maxx and welcome to the forums
i think you should try contacting customer service. any guesses we make will be internet diagnosis, which might be as helpful as a new retina transplant when what you needed was blood transfusion.
