I think I am going to regret this, but I just got the new Stingray and since I haven't discovered the elusive money tree yet, I need to let this one go. It has a Hipshot detuner on it currently.

Looking for $900 with the detuner (will also include the original tuner) or $850 without. Both prices include shipping in the factory case.

You also have your choice of the abalone or the Black oyster Pearl guard. This bass actually plays a little better than my Stingray, but the Stingray is sort of a collector's item and is real pretty so I want to hang on to it.

You're right of course Sterling, but I have let my spending get carried away a bit and sacrifices have to be made to keep things in line. Plus, I can always get another Bongo later, but this Stingray is limited and really pretty.

Oh man do I want that. But unfortunately I am lacking the cash. I may be forced to sell one of my beloveds soon too. Good luck. I'm sure someone will pick this thing up, its a great deal for a great lookin bass.

I'd take a big hit, dollar-wise, if you were interested in a non-Music Man sort of hollowbody thing if you know what I'm talking about, cough cough, ahem, not that I'm talking about such things.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a Bongo.

He did have a plastic oscillating fan strapped to the back of his dusty Ashdown bass head, though. That impressed me more than anything.

Hard to take him seriously, then, isn't it?

Okay, I see what you're saying.

I'm down to "buy this bass" or "pay off the credit card". I really haven't taken to the 5 and thinking a 4 will fit the bill. Hmmmmm... must decide.

jack it is ok to discuss your lapses in judgement here. Im kinda suprised that you still have that axe. Why would any one want a EB2 copy?

Im going to make a updated magnatone. I know jackie will buy one.

Small horse guy needs to sell more resistors and chips and keep this beauty.
