Oh, my.

Oh, my goodness sakies.

I was finally able to pick up the smallequestrian Bongo Hp fretless this evening. I just got done with an hour and a half workout.

I cannot find a tone I don't like. Every time I adjust the EQ or pickup balance, I think "Gee, that's really sweet. I think that's going to be my favorite." Then I tweak something, and think exactly the same thing all over again.

This is one helluva sweet instrument!

adouglas, you remind me of Wilson, the neighbor on the tv show '' Tool Time '' you never show your face, you just hold up your bass and someone takes a picture. haha

All Bongos are special, but there really is something amazing about the fretless variety. :cool:

The look has definitely grown on me - I absolutely love it but didn't always feel that way...

The neck is still not my favorite - for my hands it's the Sterling...

But the tone - this HSp of mine - a voice from above! :D
