Bongo: Leaving Cable in Jack?

I have a new Bongo bass. I'd like to know if there is a timed power cutoff if you leave a cable in the jack or if it will drain the battery. Thanks.

No, you have to disconnect the cable, as with most active basses. Otherwise you will drain your battery quick.
