Being here in Denver, it was awesome watching the Avalanche come to town (sorry Quebec) and win the Cup their first season here. Denver WENT OFF!
Then to follow that up with another Cup a few years later with Ray Bourque was really cool. I was at a bar and people were crying when Bourque held the cup.....especially when they showed the shot if his son crying because he was so stoked for his dad. Good stuff!
Hardly a need to mention Roy.....we all know what that guy meant to the Avs. Luv the Jeremy Roenick comment that Roy through out when Roenick was criticizing him..."what's that Jeremy, I can't here you because I have two Stanley Cup rings stuck in my ears" .

Rioting = pathetic.
Canucks playing, aside from Bieksa and Kesler = Sad and lifeless after the first 10 minutes.
Boston deserved it and it was nice to see Kaberle finally getting a cup after being hated by so many Toronto fans (despite the fact that he had great vision and was the 11th highest scorer on that team *sigh)
