BP, just to drop a line about your CS staff. I had a straplock issue on this weekend's gig... nothing major and probably my fault. I contacted CS via email. Without hashing the details here, Angelo had gotten back to me within minutes and had it handled quickly and professionally well beyond my expectations. All I can say is that you have fantastic employees and a wonderful company. Please pass along my thanks!
