I was wondering, Was it EBMM that set up Brad Paisley's Silo with the Tele Bridge? Or his Guitar Tech? I looked everywhere and could not find any information. I want to either set up an Albert Lee s/s/s with a Callaham Tele Bridge or a Silo s/s/s . I'm leaning toward doing the Albert Lee. Has anyone ever done this? or thought about it? A guitar Tech set up my Telecaster with a Callaham bridge w/ the 2 extra front end bolts and it's pretty unbelievable the sustain and twangy tone. Should I just stop thinking about it? What would Albert Lee think? Help !

If you get any information I'd be interested in knowing more. I bought my latest Axis Sport, vintage burst, hardtail with that mod in mind. I was going to buy a Callaham bridge and take it to my luthier to see if it could be done. If there is a way I intend to try it. If I have to fill holes or do some routing that can be covered I'm okay with that, I'll have it refinished if needed.

After seeing Brad's ASS with a Tele bridge I kept my eyes out for a project guitar and found it a few weeks back.

After reading the thread it sounds like it might be possible without a lot of modification to the guitar to drop in the tele bridge. Hmmmm... I was thinking about the bender too...

Ahh ! I thought Brad had a Silo Modded. It's an Axis Super Sport ! It looks like a Compensated Brass 3 saddle Calaham Bridge. As for the Albert Lee s/s/s hardtail, Maybe just the pickguard needs to be modded to fit the bridge. I'm thinking a Trans gold Al with a vintage pearloid pick guard.

He has a tele bridge silo too. The photo was posted a while back I can't seem to find it. We also ha da kknucklehead can't remmeber his name who modded his silo into a telephone bridge with a stripped natty finish. Ahhhh! Only if I had saved photos.

You know what is even better than looking at that guitar? Looking at it while Brad is playing it.

The Silo with the trout graphics (amongst quite a few other EBMM!) can be seen in the "gear" section on Paisley's homepage...

--> Ernie Ball Music Man Silhouette | Brad Paisley

The whole gear section is worth checking out, lots of EBMM goodness!

Since the Silo isn't listed in the "flood Guitars" section I guess it survived the flood (or wasn't affected by it).

What a Beautiful Silo ! I'm betting it sounded as good as it looks. For me, this just has to be a Mod that I'm looking forward to, Thanks for the pic :)
