Don't get a guitar.

Save up your money for a plane ticket to Ft. Lauderdale.

Go to Scarlett's Cabaret in Hollywood, Florida. It is very easy to get to, right off of 95 and Hallandale. Just park where you see the hummers, ferrari's, and lambo's.

You will forget all about your girlfriend and your guitar for hours (maybe days). I think they close at like 8 in the morning. Ask for Tess. It's ridiculous. I've actually gone there with my girlfriend a few times, and I think she had a better time than me!

I have way too many stories about that place.

so keith's money is safe...

i went to GC in SF today. they had 3 rosewood axis super sports, an LE luke, a JP6 and a few non-rosewood axis super sports. never seen that many mm 6 strings in a store before!

so i played the rosewood and the luke. the rosewood was awesome and i think the luke was awesomer! i love the luke.

i didnt buy anything tho. i had one of those "oh man its nice im gonna buy it" feelings tho. i was also thinking about picking up a guitar amp while i was at it but then i just left.

w/ the drgie delight coming soon to the bass side and the 12.6th anniv Sterling I figured id just wait. + i dunno what a good deal on a luke looks like... i know the bass price range well so i thought id buy some time and do some research on street price if i were to go the luke route.

anywho... they had a really good selection and the asst manager was a great guy. super nice and helpful w/ 0 pressure

part of me just doesnt wanna buy stuff to cheer myself up

ok ... broke up with my girlfriend, again (thsi time its final). Im sad, im bummed it, sucks, yada yada .... so im considering buying myself a new guitar to cheer myself up. not sure, but figure its a possibility...

Guys help me pick what to get...

I have a JP6, an ASS MM90 and a 20th Silo on order (yes, im a whore). for those who dont know... I play mostly punk and metal and stuff like that but do venture into blues for fun. im also afraid of matching headstocks.

Pete what's in stock?

ps: i just realized i typo-d "Lee". oops, i feel dumb

There are More Great Guitars Made then there are Great women, so I'd say buy another guitar. I Pay everything in my House Hold Plus $1500 Child support to an Ex and I have a great woman now but she knows the deal.
If EB only made some ladies like the basses the make then the world would be solved. hehehe

One Day l'm gonna slow down, No More Room for Guitars. DJ

From my perspective:

I've yet to have a guitar cheat on me
I've yet to be stood up by a guitar
I've yet to have a guitar use me to get to a friend
Guitars don't whine when you don't play with 'em for a while
Guitars always in tune with what you're thinking
Guitars always give positive feed back
And last but not least... Guitars have a VOLUME KNOB... so WHEN IT GETS TOO LOUD AND I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO IT ANYMORE... i TURN IT OFF!! AND whala** SILENCE** and no sleeping on the couch as a result!

Man, go away for a few days and I'm like 5 pages behind on the board ...

Arin- really sorry to hear about your breakup, bro. That's awful. But sounds like you're better off w/o her.

I know you're waiting on the Dargie Delight, but I'll still vote for the Luke- awesome guitar. Buy one and I'll be down there in September to play it :p
