Hi!!

My Luke ll has a wiered problem!!

It is set up for standard floating with 2 springs i V using D'addario XL120 09-42. messured from the top of the body to the top of the bridge plate, right next to the two ajustment screws the bridge is raised aprox 1/8"..

Now! for some reason without me having done any changes to it, the flutter effect has disapeared?
I can't figure out why, cos everything else workes as it should!!

Pls... Help..

What do you mean exactly? Any floating bridge should be able to get the "flutter"/"warble" when you hit a string hard or bang the bridge slightly - the bridge system will oscillate a bit as it returns to equilibrium.

So it floats, but you just can't get it to "flutter" like that?

Hmm ... how much can you raise the bridge? The Luke pulls up a 3rd on the G, I think, from the setup. Perhaps you're too close to the body and it's being dampened?
