Build date of "is it / isnt it" an EVH?

The serial number or this "EVH" is A90590. Can anyone tell me the build date of this guitar, whether it's an EVH or not (lacks signature-see post below) and if its a US made guitar.

The serial # is not in our database...Could be Japanese...I dont know...sorry.
