Build time on EBJPMM?

Does the build time change if it's an export? Strings and Things are still quoting 3 months but, if the Luke arrives in a few weeks time, it'll be 5 months total. Is this down to the vagueries of shipping or are the waiting times just getting longer?

Not complaining BTW. It arrives when it arrives...
