Can you buy Huge boxes of bass strings just like you can guitar strings? and where at?

when i go to my local guitar shop and buy boxes of Stainless Steal Super Slinkys for bass ... they don't carry em so they place an order w/ EB and a few days later ive got 10 sets of new bass strings.
so, my suggestion: go to your fac local shop and have them order them for u. if for some reason they dont do that (or cut you a good enough deal for buying in bulk) then get a hold of Stever Dude Barr (check the bass forum), Pete Dubablo (check the guitar forum) or Bassplyr (check the bass forum). Those guys are all EB dealers that chill on the board and they'll be more than happy to help u out.

ya same here ... i just got the call from the shop too. my strings are in
ive been dying to hear the SR4 HH with some stainless on it
