So you're going with the burst Sterling 2H?

Mmmm. Delicious.

I'm kicking around which new dual bucker to order when and if I ever have any money.

I don't have a Stingray 4....or a Sterling.....decisions, decisions. Hanging around here doesn't help one bit, either.

(Like that's a really keen observation.)

ya, my buddy has a '76 Strat like that and it just looks great, not flashy just classy
 and I've really been tossing around the idea of migrating back towards a 4. My upright has 4 and it's never left me wanting so....
anywho, this'll definitely round out my stable(still nowhere near you Jack :p ) or MusicMan Nut for that matter but it'll do me...until the LTD. Colour for '06 comes out

Got any 5 string Bongos for sale Jack?

Nah. Sometimes I think that the two 2H fivers are redundant - and they are - but I couldn't part with my original Sapphire Black for any reason at all and the other is ED, the Ltd Edition Envy Green. What's a boy to do?

The reality of my situation right now is that if I want something, something has to go. Sad but true....plus I think nine or ten basses is sort of excessive, but I'm used to it. More than that and I begin to feel like a pack rat.

If I go back to work, which is looking more and more like what will happen (God, I hate government work!), maybe I could see adding one or two along the way.

The new configs are going to drive me crazy, I'm sure.

Mmmm. That finish on the Sterling is so round and shiny and smoothe and cool  , good choice, Pete. And as Arin mentioned, there is a support group for us patient waiters.

Vibey is the word Pete. Great color combo. I just don't think I should check out all the different SR configs 'cause I'd prolly need to own about a dozen basses if I did! Ouch! ;)

Not sure age has anything to do with it.....Heck I'm 45 and I usually have basses overnighted (at great expense) when I buy 'em! :p
