Call the Lawyers - Bongo knockoff and headstock trademark infringement

Looks like it's time to call the lawyers. I was just visiting a site that a friend mentioned and saw this:

A kit for Bongo knockoffs. Pretty close copy of the Bongo body but also the 4+1 headstock.

They also have an Axis knockoff although the headstock is not 4+2 but instead 3+3 and a poor approximation of the EBMM headstock shape.
