Just want to do a check on my two SR4s

Natural with Maple and Black pg.
I believe the DOB to be 22 March 1989.
Can you tell me where it went on leaving the factory?

I believe the DOB is 11 May 1994.
It was owned by a tech at Seymour Duncan but can you tell me where it went on leaving the factory?
Is the finish actually described as "Trans White" or some other name?
