Can Grover tuners on an old Silo Special be refitted with Schallers without drilling?

i have an early silhouette special on the way and it has the old grover tuners. can these be replaced with the current schaller locking tuners used on all modern ebmm guitars without drilling or mods?

also, for those who have owned the grovers - any problems or issues?

both the grover mini key.....& the schaller locking key require a 13/32 hole......and will interchange just fine.

The hole for the mounting screw may be different, and might require a little drilling.
