I have recently gotten a Mexican Fender Strat, with the standard rubbish Fender bullets. I am just wondering whether I could just put a pack of EB Supers on without having to alter the Tremelo Set up?

You shouldn't have to alter the trem setup at all unless you make a drastic change of string guage - although it does depend on the strings and the guitar - if its a like for like there should be no problems. String changing is an art form all of its own!
