Can someone ID this for me, please?

I'm wondering if this 'Ray 4HH Slo Special I came across at a GC is some kind of special edition because of its ebony fretboard? Finish is Graphite Pearl, non-matching headstock but definitely ebony board:

Sadly, it weights 10.2 lbs. I learned a while back not to tempt fate with a heavy bass. I'd love to find another, lighter version of this!

I have played this one and it is a killer bass! It is heavy though...It is the only one I have seen that has the Ebony board and if I am not mistaken an SLO neck. I am thinking it is a production bass that was ordered this way for some reason. GREAT bass though! The LPB Classic is the bomb too...
