Since EB guitars are so well made, I had never needed to call Customer Service for anything. Well, I had a guitar that was having some tuning stability issues. I had tried everything I knew how to do and nothing helped. I was frustrated beyond reason.

As a last resort, I called Customer Service and told them my problem. They were more than willing to help and so I ended up shipping to guitar to the factory to have it checked out. Dan from C.S. called me I believe THE DAY it got to the factory. He told me they fixed it and I asked him a ton of questions like "did you guys double check it?". I'm pretty sure that he could feel my frustration with it all. He was so cool and assured me everything worked. I was a little skeptical because it was so fast.

Not only did they fix the tuning problem, the thing feels like a new guitar! UNREAL. The charges were extremely reasonable for what they did. I wanted to thank you guys publicly for making my ASS fully purple again. You guys rule! :D

best in the business, in my opinion. I dealt with a few customer service dept's over the last few days and they are rude, and kept me on hold forever, just to give me their scripted answers I could have found on google. You just don't get that with Ernie ball. I raise a glass to them!
