Anyone have issues with the Axis case “breaking down“ and finding the case wet inside with a white damp substance coming from behind the fur lining? I’ve had two cases do this so far. It puts greasy type gook on the guitar.

We bought a used Morse some years back, and when it arrived it had a similar thing going on with the case. The guitar was/is fine, but the felt was falling off the case foam. We pulled the felt off and set it out in the sun for a few days open to dry out...
Bought it through GC Used, and it shipped from a GC in Rhode Island. Don't know it the location had anything to do with it, but something broke down the glue inside... very strange!

Oh wow! I have never seen that before, and I have owned 7 EBMM guitars/basses with that kind of case so far, one from the 1990s. Weird.
