I thought this was asked before, but I've been searching through old posts for 45 minutes and can't find it, so here goes:

what case from EBMM or SKB is the best fit for a SUB1 HH with tremolo?

I've got my eye on one of those little buggers, and I might be able to snatch it up for a good price. If I get it, I'll need a case (never been a gig bag guy).

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the SUBs come with a gig bag, right?

I've inquired a couple of times to see if it came with a hard case. Which it doesn't.
I know nothing of a gig bag. That would be cool if that's the case! (pun on purpose!) ;)

Those are nice guitars.
I'm contemplating one for purchase also!

Currently I keep my SUB 1 in an EBMM original Silo case (Not the plastic, the other one). I've also stored one in a Peavey Wolfie case (the non-rectangular kind). Both fit perfectly. If you want to keep the trem arm on, you'll have to use someones disgarded PET case (I believe it's the only case designed so). However I could be mistaken on the last point!

I bought an old Axis EBMM case on e-bay for $30... you know the old ones with the black tolex that has a small cusion inside that touches the bottom of the guitar's body under the trem and another cusion that supports the neck. Works great.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.

I'm really not an eBay'er, so I was hoping to order a new one from MF or something. They've got some "Music Man 5983" hardshell case -- I was wondering if that one might work?
