I purchased my Sterling from Guitar Center in Florida. Moved to Maryland and found out I had the wrong case, I had a Stingray case. Contacted Guitar Center and the store in Towson, MD. sent me a new Sterling case and will pay for me to ship the SR case back. Also, Ernie Ball customer service also offered me a new case. What can I say, a major thumbs-up to both GC and EB.
