BP if he is seriously considering going to Spain to learn flamenco guitar, he will need to go to Granada, which is the best place also to learn the Segovia style, and if he does, I can be of help, let me know I can set him up with a Hotel room any time of the year I have a dear friend of mine in Granada that owns 2 hotels one across the street from the other.
