Changing fretboards .. and making upgrades

So like i have stated before i love my sterling jp50 .. but i am doing upgrades to an already wonderful guitar.. and since i have the stealth version i would like to put a dark fretboard on it an ebony fretboard... and im adding JP volume and tone knobs as well .. just bought a better toggle switch as well ... well just wanted to share ...

Sounds good but if you're doing all the upgrades, why not just buy a EBMM JP instead?

I am in the process of buying a JP MM .... But just want to have fun with this MM first

It says he already has a BFR JP. I am with you all the way on this, and say do all the mods you like to turn it into your own signature ax that is as comfortable to play as could be. Now if you were doing this to a higher end model I would be on the other side of the fence.

changing fretboard sounds like a heavy mod to me but will be glad to see the results
