Cheap DIY humidifier for your case.

In the thread DKwilkins came up with a great idea for a DIY humidifier.

Wash and cut a potato in half and place it in the case (or in a soap case with holes). No mess and no smell. The potato will turn black and then discard. Or, buy a Dampit.

It wouldn't work for me. I'd be too tempted to eat the potato every time I opened the case.
