Question Cherry Burst

Hi,
I'm considering a new bass in Cherry Burst. The only thing that is throwing me a bit is the actual colour. In some pictures, the cherry colour looks a lot more pink than in other shots of the same bass. I was wondering if anyone on here could enlighten me - are they more pink or more dark red and look a bit pink due to the flash? Thanks.

Thanks. This bass is black cherry burst. Just that the lighting from the flash made it look a bit pink was all. I'd noticed that with a few other pictures as well. Thanks, I appreciate the guidance on this.

I have a black cherry burst Stingray and it's definitely NOT pink at all.

Nope.. nothing pink about it. One thing I didn't notice until it had mine for several months is that if you look at the bass in bright sunlight the black edges of the burst look purple. It looks black on stage and in normal lighting. Regardless... it's a great finish... you won't be disappointed!
