I'm very impressed with the coated titanium super slinky strings. I saw them at a guitar shop the other day and picked them up to give them a try. Two things I noticed immediately that I really like about them is how they sound and how they feel to my fingers. The coating makes it easier to navigate up and down on the strings and is easier on the finger tips. The tone of the strings is great too. It just barely takes a little of the high end out of the strings which is fine by me because it was something I've always had to battle with playing live through the mixer. My guitar, being a Strat, would always sound a little too trebly in the mix and I had to play with my fingers instead of a pick because of it. These strings have fixed that and I sound better than I have in years.

Great job, Ernie Ball

Cool, I'm gonna try these on my Strat Plus next time I restring - how do they compare with pure Nickels? And is the price much higher than regular Slinkys?
