Question Cobalt blue, when did this colour go belly up?

I saw a really cool band up in Austin last night where the guitarist had a cobalt blue silhouette that just looked amazing but I see that the colour isnt available anymore, anyone know when it was discontinued?

Actually, it was called Carbon Blue. It was discontinued a little while ago. There are still instruments available, used and some NOS, but you have to hunt.

Just noticed the other day that there are some NOS (maybe used too?) Carbon Blues at Bass Central. Cool color!

this is the colour i meant, looks like I was wrong on the colour its pearl blue, so anyone know when pearl blue went under

You aren't wrong .. only we call it Blue Pearl now. Carbon Blue Pearl (which I think Glenn's JP is) was discontinued last summer.
