If you guys are not already aware, Ernie Ball's Customer Services are just about as good as it gets.

Over the last few weeks I've had reason to contact F*****, or should I say try to contact F*****. I've come to the conclusion they are extremely arrogant and couldn't care less about customers.

I've sent a number of emails to both F***** offices in the UK and the US. Never got a single reply to any of them. I even called their UK number and was promised on three occasions they would ring back, they never did.

I even posted a question on their forum asking if anyone else had had replies to emails. An administrator on the forum told me I shouldn't be contacting them and closed the thread down. If that's not arrogance, I don't know what is.

As a company, they have promotions and competitions but these are only open to US residents. Canada, UK and the rest of the world can forget it, they're not invited.

All I can say is what a brilliant, and most helpful Customer Services department Ernie Ball has. Well done.

I've been on the forum here for about 2 months and I have never seen more praise for a customer service dept. than I have seen here. I have had personal experience with customer service and they were helpful and pointed me in the right direction and I hadn't even bought my first EBMM yet!! They truly are the kings and queens of customer service.

Bravo EBMM!!!!!

Big Poppa,

I've got a better idea, let EB take over F*****, keep the great staff you have and everyone would be more than happy.

I never said I didn't like your stuff, I think the guitars you make are the best I've ever seen. My only regret is that I wish I could have tried a strat shaped MM before I fell in love with the wood on the Tele shaped Axis SS. I'm sure none of my other problems would have arisen then.

I'm begining to think being a lefty is some kind of a curse. Lots of threads on other forums about lefties, they even had a slot on BBC television the other night about left handed people.

All these beautiful guitars out there and I'm limited to a mere handful.

I feel your pain, but they have some great choices right here at EBMM! :)

EBMM customer service helped me get my first Musicman bass. I was already planning out my second one before I even received the first, because of the type of service they provided.

They could have easily said to go order a regular model from L&M, but they had no problems with hooking me up with my Dargie. I'll be doing it the right way with the '08 LE however.
