This is probably beaten to death, but among the few computer interfaces for guitar, which one is the most well rounded and best sounding?

iK Multimedia Stealth Plug
Line 6 Guitar Port
M-Audio Jam Lab

Did I miss any?

I'm partial to the Line 6 stuff but IK multimedia has outstanding sound quality as well. The bad news is that the Stealth Plug is probably bundled with Amplitube2Live. It comes with only 3 models, an American Clean, a High Gain British, and a Bass amp. There are no post amp effects.

Of these three I would recommend the Line 6 Toneport GX or Guitarport if you want to get an interface for cheap with lots of models and options.

I'd do the M-Audio. But if you want to record not just guitar, I would recommend Pro Tools.

I haven't tried the Stealthplug, but the Line 6 Guitarport beats the Jamlab hands down for me. I wasn't impressed with the Jamlab sounds at all.

As Ricman says, the Line 6 Toneport GX looks like a good buy, same sounds as the guitarport and a great price for a really basic interface if that's what you're looking for.
