forgive me if this is not the right place to post this kind of thing…new to forum etiquette and all…
I am thinking of selling my stock pups that came with my EBMM Axis. I know everyone says to hold on to the stocks but I am not sure I will really use them again in the near future anyway. I can't seem to get a feel for the what would be a reasonable asking price. I have checked eBay to see if there are any there to get an idea of value--nothing there…

any help suggestions would be appreciated to help me figure out ballpark value.:)

They come up rarely, so price is all over the map. I've bought a used set myself.

I would encourage you to keep them- if you want to buy them in the future, you'll have a very difficult time trying to find a set. Just my two cents.

As for price, I don't think there's a reasonably established market value given the low volume of used sales. (You can try completed eBay searches, see if there's anything.) So more or less what you think they're worth and see how many bites you get.

Smart move in the long run. A lot of guys think they will hold onto a guitar forever but then something pops up you really want, and you need trade bait so the Axis you sold the pups for say $100 or $150 kills the resale value of your guitar big time. Though you may probably come across a set since their are so many out their it still may take quite a longtime to find them. I have no issues with anyone modding their guitar or swiping pups, but when you start paying around 2K for a guitar it would be a lot wiser to hold onto anything you switched out so you can restore it back to its original state just in case you do sell it one day.
