Brought my Sterlings in to be worked on to a very experienced tech. He is an authorized service center for Fender, Martin, Gibson and others.
Had a fretless 4 HH that needed it's necked swapped with my fretted 4 Hp. Also a 5 HS with an all rosewood neck that I got from e-bay was buzzing like crazy.
Picking up the basses he said it was a pleasure to work on them and it was fun. Said they are really well built and much better than most of the stuff that gets brought in.
