I don't know wtf it's called, but this chord is sweet.

E ----5
B ----3
G ----0
D ----4
A ----2
E ----0

Also, the good ol' add9 chords with plenty of gain sound amazing.

C#add9 for example,

G ----8
D ----6
A ----4

Also, playing...

E ----7
B ----8
G ----9
D ----10 etc. and sliding it up and down the neck with the neck pickup on clean, while picking near the actual frets sounds sweet.

It's Em11 in my favourite voicing.
Another examples Em11 are:

0 0 5 4 3 2
12 x 12 12 10 10
12 12 12 12 12 14
0 0 0 0 0 0

Lately I like play chord Cadd9(add#4) or Cadd9(#11):
x 3 4 0 3 0

Similar to Em11 is quite nice, too, Em9:
0 2 4 0 3 2

Its pretty much the first chord in 'Since you've been gone' by Rainbow.

Many many years ago, like back in the mid-to-late '70's, my friend Frank Dunch (RIP :() who was one of the best guitarists I've ever heard taught me a cool way to play a G-major chord that most guitarists I know aren't aware of.
Well, I'm going to pass it on.........if you don't already know it.

E---3 (1st finger)
B---3 (1st finger)
G---O (6th finger - lol j/k)
D---5 (4th finger)
A---5 (3rd finger)
E---3 (2nd finger)

Enjoy. :)

Edit: I added the fingering.
