For the European dealers, yes. For distributors, they aren't really allowed to sub-distribute to any other EU countries, no. In the second link, the Ebay auction ran by the dealer states it will ship anywhere in the EU.

Got the answer from Peter: No dual pickups, no fretless. Just the SR4 H with 3 band EQ. If there had been an HH and a fretless, I'd probably have had to buy a twin pair...
