Coppertop Creme.. Thoughts?

After i picked up the copperhead bronze sterling last week i went a little crazy. a quick call to cs and now my sterling looks brand new and my buttercreme stingray looks like this...

I love it, It Looks amazing in the natural sunlight, the flash kinda washes it out..

What do you think? I've never seen another one like it.

I may see if i can have a copper control cavity cover made too, and some copper knobs..I know i'm crazy..

I like the tort better, but in all fairness, I'm not a huge fan of the guard on the copper finish either.

Wow, so I'm not the only one, eh? It seems better from certain angles, but then again, maybe not. It's very odd.

So can you still order these metallic pickguards from EBMM? I was thinking of getting a spare for my CHB SR5... but figured they were out of production like the CHB's.

they still had a couple for me.. i dono if they are readily available though. The one for my stingray actually had s nice scratch under the pickup, but the finish does a good job of hiding it.

Love it! Might be very cool with the matching cav plate but don't think you need it (might be too much)

I so want a copper guard for my Bongo.
