Copy of a Build sheet

Hi jon or who deals with this.
Since last year I´m the proud owner of a Transblack EVH MM built in 1995.
The only thing missing is the sheet which was shipped with the guitar, where all the stuff like buiding date and everything is written down.
Since I won´t ever sell this guitar again I just wondering if I can have a copy of the sheet just to put it in my case-so that the thing is complete again.
I have the seral number 86721 and I know its an odd wish but we´re all crazy right.
It would be great if you have the sheet.

There is no sheet that gets shipped with the guitar. The work orders stay here. Sorry.
