I've had this JP6 for 3-4 months now (bought used), and of course the piezo on high E is dead...seller didn't mention that.

Contacted EBMM support, who redirected me to Norwegian suppliers, who again redirected me to Norwegian dealers. Well, turns out none of 'em have it in stock, and didn't want to sell unless they could install it(estimated 150$ for installing one broken piezo saddle/pickup. No thanks). In other words, I'm f'ed...unless I want to wait 2 months for the parts, and shell out 150 bucks.

So...could any JP6 owners here get a spare piezo pickup and/or saddle via EBMM support, and sell it to me? I'll cover shipping and costs if there are any.

I'm just too tired to BS around this issue, been going on for months already. I really like the guitar, don't wanna sell it just because of this issue.

Well, according to this forum the EBMM customer service should be best on the planet, so I hope that they will solve your problem concerning the mechanical failure of your EBMM instrument if you contact them again and explain your situation. When talking about expensive high-end products the fact that you bought it used shouldn't be a problem. Just let us know about the results, hopefully everything goes well.
