So I got my new JP12 on Friday. Called AJ on Friday afternoon to request my COA. On Monday it's in my mailbox!!! Can't beat that. Best service in the business. Thanks guys.

I have never experienced as high quality CS as consistently I have with EBMM. A truly spectacular place with which to do business. That only happens when the people at the very top actually care about the customer at the end of the line. I love this company for that reason. They actually DO care about me. Awesome!
