Curious about the powder blue finish

Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Back in the mid/late 90's, Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 had a custom-made Ray that was powder blue:

I was curious - is the powder blue finish that's being offered on the new Classic SR4 the same that was used on the custom Ray that Hoppus used back in the 90s? I always thought that was a pretty cool color.
