It looks like an ASS body with an Axis neck. I'm not sure that a locking nut with no fine tuners would work out too well. It's a little too bizarre for my taste and I usually dig bizarre guitars...

you can't, i don't believe at all its even in production and that's the only one made i think BP knows everything & if he replies to this thread he could explain about this guitar.

It's been discussed in a past thread ... you could probably dig it up via the search.

It's not the only chromed Axis though ... Steve Stevens had one chromed. Was auctioned off in a past CLB auction.

I actually play this Axis while in the UK visiting Jaime last year.
The fretboard actually lights up in RED around the flame.

Jamie's was done by Sims custom shop Sims Custom Shop, Sims LEDs, L.E.Ds, Respray, Body Shop, Bodies, Scratchplates, Lasers and Pickguards by Martin Sims.
Ive heard of them doing them in america by a few people too (like the people who did korn's guitars) none that i know of down under though sorry!
