Custom Shop-????

Would anyone else like to see E.B./MM start a custom shop? I'd love to have a "Sterling" w/ Quilted Maple Top, Ebony Board, Gold Hardware! Has there been any talk of this?

P.S. I own a "Sterling" Trans Orange w/Matching Headstock, Maple Board,Piezo Bridge, Black Pearloid P/G. It's an "Awsome" sounding /playing bass. Just Plain Killer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd love to see a photo of that Sterling. I have a trans orange Ray with matching headstock with a white pearl guard...never thought about a black pearl! I'd like to see how that looks.

RE the Custom Shop, I'd also be interested in finding out if there is any sort of plan for such things. I know the Bongo will fill in some of the gaps, but EB must be aware of how many people have been salivating over the idea of a 2 pickup Stingray.

Not to mention the fancy wood, etc.

No current plans for a custom shop. We can't keep up with stock orders as it is.
