I was looking at some concert photos over at Joe's website and saw this one:

IMG_3623 | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

If you look closely, it seems as though it has a reverse headstock.

Any more info from the good folks at MM?

BTW, I am seeing Joe in Green Bay this Friday. Cannot wait!

Whoa ... good eye! And with covered pickups (is there a single?). That is unusual.

Yes its called the Darklord Morse! Made for Joe B. It features a huge round clubby neck since he likes the fat LP type profile.
I have a pic somewhere showing lots of detail....I'll try and find...

When they announced the pdn true gold Luke I told myself I'd b all over a blackburst, clear pickguard morse with a rosewood or roasted neck. That pic is exactly why.

Gorgeous! Maybe one day :)

That is awesome! I too hope the blackburst chambered Morse becomes available someday! I posted before but the thread disappeared for some reason. Cant wait to see some upclose shots of that one. The reverse headstock is pretty interesting and I'm curious about the pickups myself.

I would love a '50s LP-style neck profile. This is my only issue with my beloved rosewood Axis, my left hand can cramps up. I'm not one to post custom options/wishes here, but this would be a dream come true for me.

Oh how great it must be to be a famous Guitar God. There is an article on Joe in this months Guitar World and he is one busy gun slinger. I felt as though Black Country Communion just released an album (well they did lol) and yet they just finished recording there second one, he also has a new solo album -Dust Bowl- out, his 12th solo effort in the last 12 years and is working on an album of soul covers, and then there are the chops from hell as the guy is as comfortable as ripping out some Blues with Clapton, BB and Cray at Crossroads as he is trading country licks with Vince Gill or playing Hard Rock with Glenn Hughes, I am trying to figure out when the guy sleeps. That Darklord Morse is seriously wicked and that was very interesting what Derek said about it having a huge clubby neck as that makes sense since Joe has some big a## hands, and probably has big necks on all his EB axes. One thing I know for sure is he is Big on talent.
