Help! d string issue

I have a sterling hh 2007 that for some reason (intermintent) the d string losses practically all volume. Has anybody else had this problem? If so any input you can give me would be greatly welcomed , Thanks

if you've have the bass for under 1 year you can have music man check it out under warranty. they'll get it fixed for you for sure.
