People we all know that EBMM CS is the best there is but I have to give extra love to Dan!
He has always taken great care of my needs no matter how big or small and today well just adds some icing on the cake.

The NOS SUB I bought on EBay was missing the proper trem arm, before I could even email or call Dan, he emailed me saying one was on the way, today new trem is in place and wailing on the SUB.

Just fantastic customer service all the way around, thank you Dan my freind for your kindness and consideration.:)

Big Poppa you have a great company and one hell of an employee in Dan.

I'd like to acknowledge AJ on the EB customer service team as well. He's filling in for Dan this week and doing an outstanding job! He and Dan both seem to be very cool dudes. Heck the whole CS team is top notch! Thanks for taking such good care of my fiddle...

Dan and AJ helped me out too; when the trem springs and allen wrenches didn't come with my Axis, I e-mailed EBMM. Dan looked up my info on the registration database and sent my stuff out immediately and then I received an e-mail from both him and AJ stating that the gear was on the way. I had my stuff the next day. Fantastic support.
