Besides being green with a different board and inlays, is there a difference in the Dargie guitars?

They are different shades of green. To me the originals have that coolness factor, having own one for a while. The inlay are just the best man.

I'm not sure the Dargie 2's have the Dargie marking on the back just below the heal.

the dargie one was rosewood and had the text on the backside with martini inlays. the dd2 has ebony, color shifting green, oval inlays and no text on the backside.

Thanks. So I take it there have been two versions of the Dargie? I guess that is why there was the post about a future III

Never seen a DD1 IRL but DD2 is incredible in its own right. I mean how many color shifting guitars are out there?

I love the color on my DDII. My wife saw a photo of it on another website and didn't particularly like it because it looked like a dated lime color the way the photo was taken. When I received it and she saw it in person, it was darker and fuller and she genuinely loved it.
