Help! Dark Ray is dead after only 4 weeks!

So, I’ve got the bass I’ve wanted since they launched. I got one, brand new, it has been EVERYTHING I’ve wanted and more…. Till yesterday. The Alpha/Omega preamp quit functioning. Today the standard active electronics quit working. Changed batteries to brand new Duracells. Still dead. Please, advise!

Hey, Rod. I purchased from Musician’s Friend. I already reached out to EBMM, but haven’t heard back yet. I figured I’d go through them, rather than a “return” to the retailer. We will see what happens ;-)
