DarkRay 5 pickup selector

Hello! I have a DarkRay 5 and even though I love the Dark Glass internal distortion circuit, I am not liking the fact that you can't change the pickup coils like you would on a standard H pickup Stingray in the clean position. Can you put a coil selector switch that will work with the clean setting or will it affect the distortion settings as well?

I'm going to guess that the electronics are both setup like the 4H - hard wired parallel without any type of selector. You'd probably have to add one yourself.

Honestly I have a 5H and I barely notice a difference with the series mode vs parallel. The middle position with the "filter' is the most different position.
