Question Define: Knucklehead

So I own 2 EBMM guitars and I picked up the Wah (check out my albums) but I must have tossed out the paper that defined "knucklehead" when the moisture pack was file under G. So, what is the origin and definition of "knucklehead"? Even more confusing is "canucklehead" being that I am from the West Coast of Canada and I get that Vancouver Canucks + knucklehead = "canucklehead". Note: hockey player / musician / guitar player is probably not as common as hockey enthusiast / molson consumer.

It is a irreverent term of endearment. Thats all. I just called one forumite and it rolled of the keyboard nice and smooth and it stuck. You my canadian friend are a Canucklehead.

Now for the wetsern Canada trivia question. #89...tell me who comes to mind.
