A friend of mine wanted to try out my Ed Gofforth Bluesdriver pedal and my Albert Lee.

His name is Glynn Knight - and he loved it - so here's a vid of him noodling away.

this was recorded on a Fuji finepix camera with a wadding of tissue paper over the microphone - hit and miss really, as this was the first time I tried recording something this loud on a small camera.

hope you enjoy?

..... I think it is - he's owned many Strats.
He loved the AL - next time I'm gonna get him to play my SSS through either my marshall or my MM rp 65 with the Ed Goforth Bluesdriver.

I was surprised by the sound recording. I had a wad of tissue over the microphone "vent" on the camera. When I was shouting for "Purple haze" I am literally SHOUTING into the camera (mike) ha! When Glynn plays in his hendrix tribute band he is just awesome. Heck, I've known him for 40 years and he's still mad!!!!

very nice
a cool guitar strap you have, but I think this strap must be havier than my AL... haha :)

That strap was his - I freaked out because it slipped off as he handed it back to me - I'd stupidly left my strap at home which has dunlop straplocks. No harm came to any of the guitars used in this sequence - despite very heavy use of the trem !!! lol
