Difference between Sterling by musicman and.. a musicman

This has been covered before but its a little difficult to search for differences between sterling by musicman and musicman... I see the perfect bass has a nice 5 string might take it out.

Early indications by those who have tried and bought them are that these instruments are indeed good and worthy of the MusicMan sponsorship title (i.e. by MusicMan)

In fact, why don't you check out Ed Friedland's YouTube video he also is a member of this forum and rated them very highly.
